Have you ever wanted to change something in your life? Have you ever actually changed anything? Great \u2013 then you know how it\u2019s done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How did you manage that? What did you do? And do you always manage it? Or do you find change a struggle? I can assure you that you\u2019re not alone in that. I know lots of people who avoid change as much as possible; it\u2019s too much of a struggle; too much work; fear of the unknown. They\u2019d rather leave everything as it is and just keep moaning about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Change is my life!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I get bored easily. I hate routine. I hate doing the same thing every day. I need variety \u2013 all the time. Well, except when it comes to my clothes \u2013 I don\u2019t need any variety there. There\u2019s only one colour: black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone who has read my book from the series \u2018ON TARGET! Just me! Not normal!\u2019 will know that my most important value in life is \u2018fun\u2019. I need to have fun \u2013 both in my private life and at work. And that simply isn\u2019t possible without change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innovation, too, requires the courage to embrace change<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tedious? Yes. And anyone who can\u2019t cope with mistakes will find this area very difficult. But that\u2019s not what I\u2019m talking about here at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So what is \u2018the secret to successful change\u2019? Have you found the answer yet? No? Then I\u2019ll let you in on it. My answer: the decision to want to change something!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The first step towards change: the decision to want to change something!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first step in any change is the decision to want to change something! Only then do the implementation and the next steps begin.
