By the way, that question was the opening of a chapter in my first book, \"Just Me! \u2026Not Normal!\" \nMy answer: 25, and when I see a swing: 8. The picture says it all, doesn\u2019t it?<br><br>The more interesting question, however, is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-164d8c71 gb-headline-text\"><strong>What else would you do if you didn't know how old you were?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Imagine feeling exactly the same at every stage of your life. Whether you\u2019re 8, 18, 28, or, like me, 48. Imagine if no one had ever convinced you that \u201cgetting older\u201d is supposedly a bad thing and that there are many things you can no longer do? Sayings like \u201cNow the serious part of life begins!\u201d or \u201cDo it while you still can\u201d have always led us to believe that things are no longer possible in old age\u2014and are therefore bad. These sayings certainly weren\u2019t helpful. A self-fulfilling prophecy, if ever there was one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even Google AI claims: Starting at age 35, your body begins to change noticeably, as it transitions into a phase of biological restructuring after reaching its physical peak (usually between the ages of 20 and 35). This is a natural process that is often accompanied by a slowing metabolism and the first signs of wear and tear.<br><br>Imagine if you\u2019d never found out about this, or if no one had ever talked you into it. What else would still be possible? Or what could have been possible for much longer? Meetings on the swing set, or on the merry-go-round, or in the sandbox. Note: That would certainly be more productive than a lot of run-of-the-mill meetings.<br>Think back to all the things you\u2019ve been told over the years that you\u2019re far too old for. Or how often have you told yourself that\u2014or convinced yourself of it? How many pieces of clothing do you no longer wear because you think you\u2019re too old?<br><br>What would you still be doing if you still felt the same age as you did when you were a child? I\u2019m really looking forward to your answers.
