I wanted to provide a platform for exactly these people. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wirtschaftszeit.at\">WIRTSCHAFTSZEIT<\/a> , my main goal was to \u201cput young entrepreneurs in the spotlight!\u201d I was inspired by people who wanted to make a difference; I was inspired by their ideas and innovations. I wanted to provide a platform for exactly these people. \u201cOnly good news is good news\u201d\u2014and I\u2019ve stayed true to my motto to this day! Though no longer through my media company, but rather through executive coaching, mental training, and my passion: face reading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>People come first!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lee Iacocca summed it up in his 2008 book *Where Have All the Leaders Gone?*: \u201cPeople must be put back at the center!\u201d Not consumption, greed, and power. The great visionaries \u201csolved problems\u201d to make the world a little better or \u201csimpler\u201d! Edison wanted to \u201cbring light,\u201d Ford wanted to offer everyone a faster way to get from A to B, Tesla believed in the idea of free energy\u2014that is, the possibility of drawing energy from the environment and making it available to everyone for free\u2026 Products were meant to serve people. Unfortunately, many people have misunderstood this. Sadly, it\u2019s all about greed now\u2014wanting more and more, making more money, moving forward even faster, and having to do nothing while getting everything easier. Laziness is taking over. People are becoming greedier, fatter, and above all, sicker\u2014whether the issues are physical or mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Success comes from good intentions\u2014not from greed for profit<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We need people who can provide guidance again. Trust in \u201cthose in power\u201d is waning, and for most people, it has already vanished entirely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We need \u201cleaders\u201d\u2014and they must act in accordance with our Constitution. These can be politicians, but also business leaders, cultural figures, or athletes. We should return to our virtues and values, such as:<br>\u2013 active listening<br>\u2013 let them finish speaking<br>\u2013 be open to other opinions<br>\u2013 Exchange of arguments<br>Give respect\u2014get respect! It\u2019s actually quite simple!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201eTeamleaders leverage self AND others!\u201c<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s all about respect! Without it, empathy and tolerance for other opinions also decline. Yet the exchange of arguments and the clash of opinions are fundamental principles of a democratic system. The more positive my attitude is going into a conversation, the better it works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, we\u2019re seeing hate speech and so-called \u201cshitstorms.\u201d It\u2019s no longer about finding solutions, but simply about \u201cbashing\u201d others. It\u2019s all about self-promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201eIf you tell a lie often enough, it becomes true!\u201c<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We must not forget how our minds work. From childhood on, we\u2019ve been told that \u201cauthorities\u201d like teachers, priests, doctors, and politicians are always right. This was never questioned. But times have changed. Thankfully! However, those who think differently are immediately labeled as agitators, liars, and conspiracy theorists. The \u201cwitch hunt\u201d of the modern age has begun.<br>\u201eDare to speak out!\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Be a mentor! Inspire!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Good entrepreneurs should not only be economically successful, but also serve as role models for people and their employees. At least, that\u2019s the hope! Decisions should not be made simply because some politician\u2014who has never built or run a business\u2014demands it. Innovations must not be directed against nature or humanity. Nature must not be viewed as a necessary evil that is being undermined by sustainability concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Try to light a fire!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone has ideas, dreams, and values. If you can\u2019t bring them to life yourself, find people who do exactly that and support them in their efforts. And that\u2019s exactly the kind of people we want to spotlight here at WIRTSCHAFTSZEIT. \u201cIt would be great if we read more business stories that give us an inspiring lift!\u201d Lee Iacocca wrote in his book in 2008. And he speaks from my heart. And he reminded me of something very important: \u201cRemember why you started!\u201d<strong><br><br><\/strong>What inspired you to get started? What was your original goal? Tell me the story behind what you do. What\u2019s your story?
